We are currently accepting resumes for a
Solutions Analyst in Dublin, Ohio.
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Facilitate discussions
- Analyze business needs and expectations
- Assist with product/fund management work
- Translate business architecture through the elicitation and definition of functional requirements
- Understand and translate the business strategy, business goals, and business processes into an IT solution
- Perform the specification and analysis of functional, nonfunctional, and information requirements in order to develop the specifications of an IT solution
Required Skills and Experience:
- Three years of experience in a related IT profession
- Experience with Access and Excel
- Experience developing requirements
- Working knowledge of Lotus Notes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Undergraduate studies in computer science management information systems, business administration, insurance or related field
