New Liz Claiborne Apple Green Upholstery Fabric 14 Yards Ret $40/Yd

I purchased this new to have drapes made at my old house and then sold the house before the drapes were completed. I bought this upholstery fabric for over $40 a yard plus tax! My loss is your gain.

There is approx 14 yards of the fabric. It is cut into 5 pieces were it was going to be made into drapes. These sections measure approx 59" across and approx 100" to 104" long each. So this equals approx 14 yards total. The sections are long enough to make just about anything as my ceilings were tall in my old house and the drapes were to be 92" in length! You could make drapes, pillows, bedspreads and more with this fabric.

It is in mint condition with the exception of one piece which was the outside piece rolled on the bolt. It has a very light ink or pencil line which shoudl come out easily. You coudl even use hair spray on it if ink if need be. All others are in mint condition as they were under this piece. These were stored in an upstairs closet.

Smoke and Pet Free

If you only need one or two of the sections I am willing to split them up and sell them.

This fabric coordinates nicely with Laura Ashley's Apple paint that is sold at Lowes.

It will hold over 50 lbs in flowers in hanging pots. Easy to install and just as easy to move. Will not fall down like

Selling a painting of a girl laying in a meadow. Picture is 36 in x 36 in. Frame in plastic but picture is very nice and serene. Colors are mostly green and yellow. There is a slight tear near the bottom of the picture but it is hardly noticable unless you are looking for it. There is a signature of the artist in the bottom right hand corner but I can't make it out and have been unable to find this picture on the internet. Priceless one of a kind, maybe?
